FORMAT USED ON ROGUE WAVE OBSERVER

Rogue Wave Observer uses a Stardate format based on the Gregorian Calendar of Earth.
This format begins with the last two digits of the Earth year, followed by the two digits specifying the Earth solar month. The two digits specifying the day of the month are split by a period.

EXAMPLE

07/08/2023 becomes 23070.8
